Review Impact

Why

Continuous check-ins with incumbents and other affected stakeholders allows for improvements to be made along the way. A final review after a 6-month implementation period helps the Project Team to quantify the success of the project and understand any areas to focus on for further improvement and scale-up.

How

  • Use success metrics to measure the impact of Job Redesign solutions – those used for the AIC work trial are shown below
  • Identify areas to be measures throughout implementation to determine project success. Agree how they can be measured, and the frequency of measurement.
