Identify Possible Solutions

Why

Brainstorming and exploring possible solutions is a useful step to plan out the different ways your objectives can be achieved.

How

Based on the insights derived from the Understand phase, generate and prioritise solutions to target pain-points and opportunities, by identifying ways to:

  • Improve, reallocate, and eliminate tasks and processes
  • Implement technology as an enabler for further automation
  • Improve the senior and staff experience

Develop a business case to present potential solutions to your management, highlighting:

  • How the solution can solve issues and pain points faced by job holders
  • Projected impact of solutions on job holders, adjacent jobs and functions, operational processes, senior experience or organisation performance
  • Implementation timeframe of solutions

QUICK TIP: Refer to the Getting Started > Recommended Solutions section to leverage potential solutions identified during AIC’s work trial. This is not an exhaustive list – do explore and identify other possible solutions that may work best for your organisation.
