Hiring of ex-offenders

Yellow Ribbon Singapore’s Employer Network helps organisations gain access to ex-offenders through their job portal. There is also financial support to offset wages under MOM’s Uplifting Employment Credit scheme.

A CCO under our work trial has successfully trained and integrate individuals from the Yellow Ribbon Programme into their team of CCAs within the Senior Care Centre setting (link to case study).
